Most coffee in Colombia is grown on small, family-run plots, and this lot pulls together harvests from several of the country's best-known growing regions, Huila, Tolima, Cauca, Antioquia, and Nariño among them. Rather than chasing one farm's story, this blend is built to deliver the classic Colombian cup people expect: nutty, low acid, and easy to drink every single day. The growers behind it work through Colombia's national coffee federation, which helps small farms get their beans to export quality and a fair market. We roast it toward medium-dark to bring out the walnut and light chocolate notes it's known for.
