Some recovery houses are word-of-mouth and may not have a website, Google listing, or public address. Some do not want public photos, tags, or exact locations shared. We may share general mission updates, but private recovery-space details are not posted without permission.

Is this a donation?
No. STAY SOBER COFFEE is a for-profit small business. Monthly Send a Bag purchases are purchases from STAY SOBER COFFEE and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
Can my business choose the recovery house?
You can request a preferred Tennessee recovery house or program. Requests are welcome, but not guaranteed. We may need to verify the recipient, confirm someone can receive the coffee, or redirect bags if we cannot safely fulfill the request.
Can my business name go on the note?
Maybe. Business and group names are welcome when they fit the purpose of the bag, but all names and notes are subject to review. This is not advertising placement.
Can we include a logo, QR code, coupon, website, or sales message?
No. Notes are simple human notes, not ads. Logos, coupons, QR codes, websites, phone numbers, sales messages, or promotional offers are not included.
Can we buy coffee for our own office too?
Yes. Regular office/team orders are welcome. Monthly Send a Bag is specifically for sending coffee to recovery spaces, while regular office coffee orders are for your own team.
Why Tennessee only?
STAY SOBER COFFEE currently operates under Tennessee’s Food Freedom Act, so recipient requests must stay within Tennessee.
Do you post photos or shout-outs?
Not automatically. Public thank-yous may happen when appropriate, but recovery-space privacy comes first and public recognition is not guaranteed.
